OverallResponsibilities:

TheITBusinessAnalystwillworkcloselywiththeChinasoftwaredevelopmentteamonavarietyareastohelptheteamgainknowledgeandacquirefeedbacktosupportitsoverseascustomersandproductdevelopmentefforts.TheITBusinessAnalystwillbeoneoftheliaisonsbetweentheChinateamandtheUSoperations,customersandpartners.

TheITBusinessAnalystmustbeexperiencedworkingwithapplicationdevelopersandsystemarchitectstodistilltechnicalconceptsintoclearlywrittendocuments.

JobFunctions:

1.Pre-salesSupport

·RespondRequestforProposalsforprojectsfromgovernmentagenciesandprivatesectorcustomers

·Investigateclientbackgrounds.

·anizedatasetsfordemonstrationpurpose.

·TailorCIPAceDemoversionsfordifferentclientstodemonstratethesystem’scapabilities.

·PreparedetailedDemoScriptsforpre-salesstaffsandprojectmanagers.

2.SoftwareRequirementDevelopment

·Dobackgroundresearchtofullyunderstandcustomers’requirements

·CommunicatewithDesign&Developmentstaffstoidentifypotentialrisks,challengesandlimitsforsoftwaredevelopment.

·DevelopandmaintainSoftwareRequirementsDocumentsvaryingindifferentscalesandlevels.

·AssistQualityManagementdepartmentinperformingsystemtestingonnewfunctions.

·Preparepost-developmentdocumentssuchasUserManuals,SystemHelpFiles,SystemUpgradeChecklists,etc.

·Providesystemtrainingtointernalstaffsifnecessary.

3.ProjectImplementation

·Analyzeandleveragedifferentstrategiesinprovidingsolutionsforaparticularclient.

·DraftandmaintainimplementationdocumentssuchasStatementofWork,ConfigurationAnalysisDocuments,UpgradeChecklist,etc.

·Configuresystemproperlytofulfillclients’needs.

·Respondandhandlecustomerissuesrelatedtosystemrequirements.

·Preparetrainingmaterialforclients.

Requirements:

SelfStarterwithpriorexperiencewritingtechnicalspecifications,user/systemrequirements/usecases,UserGuides/FeaturesSummaries,Helpdocumentationforsoftwareapplicationsandcreationoftemplates.

ProficientwiththeMicrosoftOfficeSuite,AdobeAcrobatandabilitytolearnothertoolsthatwouldassistincreatingusabledocumentation.

Abilitytoeffectivelydocumenttechnicalconcepts.

Experienceworkingwithatechnicaldevelopmentteam.

Excellentwrittenandpresentationskills.

Abilitytoworkwellwithpeoplewithmanydifferentdisciplineswithvaryingdegreesoftechnicalexperience.

Priorworkingexperienceinaformalbusinessenvironment.

Strongwritingskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail.
